Plan Framework
This framework shows the underlying structure and organization of the strategic planning effort. It is meant to be dynamic and evolve over time. Detail view of the current framework is here.
The County has developed clear agreement on the vision, value, mission and goals over the past two years, and has made substantial progress on the objectives. Currently the County is updating the plan and is using “catalytic projects” to provide focus to its current efforts. The projects, performance measures and resources will be fleshed out in future meetings.
